ECS-studio evakuoitiin pommiuhan vuoksi

Eilen illalla Esports Championship Seriesin (ECS) CS:GO-skaba koki häiriön, kun ECS-studiolle tehtiin pommiuhkaus. Asiasta kertoi analyytikko James Bardolph Twitterissä.

"So indeed we had to evacuate the building as there is potentially a bomb on the promenade immediately outside our office, fingers crossed nobody gets injured."

Toisin sanoen ottelu entisen Luminosityn joukkueen ja Cloud9:n kesken jatkui ilman selostusta. ECS varmisti Twitterissä, että uhka johtui epäilyttävän paketin jättämisestä roskikseen.

Myöhemmin Santa Monican poliisi tviittasi, ettei aitoa uhkaa ole.

"Officer have determined there is no threat to the public from the item placed in the trash container near the 1400 block of the #3rdStreetPromenade. We anticipate the area will reopen in before 10pm. We appreciate your patience & cooperation."
