Willow-sarja Disney+ -palveluun, pääosassa Warwick Davis

Hollywoodin mielestä 1980-lvulla tehtiin jotain taianomaista, sillä melkein kaikki sen ajan elokuvat ja sarjat on tavalla tai toisella tuotu takaisin nykyaikaan. Vuonna 1988 saatiin Ron Kowardin ohjaama Willow, ja nyt jatkoa on tulossa.

Variety tietää kertoa, että Willow jatkuu sarjana Disney+ -palvelussa. Ron Howard ohjaa ja tuottaa. Pääosaan palaa Warwick Davis.

Ensimmäisen jakson ohjaa Jon M. Chu, joka kommentoi tilannetta sanoen olevansa iloinen. Sarjan tuotanto alkaa ensi vuonna.
